INTRODUCTION:

The Picnic Boat 40 was designed without compromise, starting with the all new Hinckley TriGuard ® Epoxy Construction which uses Aramid fiber/E glass for a durable outer skin paired with lightweight carbon fiber for the inner skin, tough and lightweight Corecell M Foam is used as core for rigidity, and then infused with epoxy resin which combine to form the legendary Hinckley hull.  The PB40 was first introduced in 2018 and represents the continuing evolution of our timeless designs and incorporates all of the success of previous models with today's technology like C-Zone digital switching and Mil Spec GPS hardware, and fly by wire dynamic steering. Inside, the completely reimagined layout features seamless flow from transom to helm, plentiful lounging space, a wet bar, and full sun coverage by SureShade. Visibility is unsurpassed. Jet propulsion provides pinnacle performance in handling, drive quality and go anywhere, do anything shallow draft. Her jets are safer for families and for sea life.

  • Two optional Marine 12,000 BTU reverse cycle air conditioning units are dedicated to the Pilothouse and have independent thermostatic controls located outboard each helm seat port and starboard
  • Forward are two large fixed frameless tempered windscreens with intermittent washer and wiper controls located at helm providing excellent visibility
  • Five dimmable LED lighting is located overhead in the insulated white headliner with a teak grab handle running centerline
  • The power Double Stidd helm chair is finished tastefully in Ultraleather Original Outdoor Michigan Blue with Ultraleather Promessa Outdoor Ermine piping
